D&H Easy Ordering Instructions

Authorized school or government purchase orders may be faxed to (717) 255-6750, emailed to buycalcs@dandh.com, or mailed to D&H Distributing Company 2525 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110. All purchase orders for DIR Contract Items must reference DIR contract# DIR-SDD-2259. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days. D&H does not have an order form and does not accept credit cards as a form of payment for DIR contract items. D&H has a warehouse distribution center in Atlanta, Georgia, which allows us to ship to most locations in the state of Texas within 2-5 business days for in-stock orders. All orders, correspondence and inquiries should be directed to our corporate headquarters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

D&H Warranty & Return Policy

D&H offers a one-year warranty on all calculators with a D&H invoice or packing list number. An invoice or packing list number is required in order to process a return. Please note: this warranty applies only to manufacturer’s defects and does not cover damage from student abuse. D&H does not repair defective products or does not have the ability to offer replacements on calculators after they have been discontinued by the manufacturer. D&H will replace any defective product under warranty and will pay the freight charges on the replacement product to the customer. The customer is responsible for freight on returning the defective product to D&H. If a product becomes defective within the warranty period please call (800) 340-1006 with your invoice or packing list number and a customer support specialist will assist you. A representative will then fax or email you a return authorization form with a return-shipping label. This return label must be affixed to the outside of each carton that you are returning. The top portion of the form should be included in the box with the defective product.  D&H’s return warehouse will not accept products shipped back without a return authorization number. A 10% restocking fee will be applied when a new/opened product is returned and not accompanied by an offsetting order.

Technical Product Information or Product Training

Any questions concerning the operation of calculators purchased from D&H Distributing Company may be directed to a manufacturer’s representative. This representative will also be able to provide information on any type of product training or workshops that would be available from that manufacturer. For Texas Instruments calculators, all technical inquiries may be directed to TI Customer Support at toll free 1-800-TI-CARES.  For Casio products, all technical inquiries or questions on product training may be directed to Casio's Education Division at 800-528-2763 press 0.
