D&H Wins or Ties 12 out of 16 Categories in the Survey, Surpassing Other Distributors re: Website Ease of Doing Business, Credit Offerings, Tech Support, Price, and Issue Resolution

HARRISBURG, PA - April 25, 2018 - D&H Distributing, a major provider of SMB and consumer technologies to the North American high-tech channel, is proud to announce it has been named Top Broadline Distributor in 2017 as rated by ASCII members for the ninth year in a row--as many years as the survey has been conducted. D&H won top marks in 12 of the survey’s 16 categories, winning six outright and tying for top score in another six. This is one of the highest scores D&H has garnered in this report over its nine-year history. In contrast, the distributor that received the next-highest overall score in the survey won in only two categories outright and tied in four, according to ASCII.

ASCII CEO and Chairman Alan Weinberger and Chief Operating Officer Doug Young visited D&H’s Harrisburg headquarters on April 24 to present the distributor with an in-person award, recognizing the company as Distribution Partner of the Year for 2017. Several regional ASCII members/D&H resellers attended the presentation to demonstrate ongoing support for D&H’s offering.

The ASCII Distribution Survey is the result of responses from more than 100 ASCII members, who were asked to rate their distribution partners regarding a range of business experiences. In addition to the category wins, D&H finished at or above average in 14 of the 16 categories. The company received particular accolades from ASCII members for disciplines such as ease of web site use, credit availability (an area that spiked for D&H in the survey this year), and timely and accurate shipping.
