D&H DISTRIBUTING HOSTS ITS 2014 MID-ATLANTIC SUMMER TECHNOLOGY SHOW JUNE 26
A New "K-12 Opportunities" Demo Lounge, Disaster Recovery Booth and Wells Fargo Financing Program Highlight This Year's Event, Encompassing 100+ Vendor Partners
HARRISBURG, PA - June 13, 2014 - D&H Distributing, the leading North American computer products and consumer electronics distributor, announced today it will host its 2014 Mid-Atlantic Technology Show on June 26 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, Hershey, PA. More than 100 manufacturer partners will participate in the event, featuring seminar sessions from Cisco, Intel, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, AMD and ASUS. Registration begins at 11:00 a.m., seminars run from 12:00 to 6:45 p.m., and the exhibit floor opens at 3:00 p.m.
Other exhibiting vendors include Acer, APC, Brother, Buffalo, Creative Labs, D-Link, Kaspersky, Kensington, LG, Lexmark, NETGEAR, NVIDIA, McAfee, PNY, Ricoh, Seagate, WD, Targus and more. Fourteen vendors will make their first-ever appearance at a D&H Mid-Atlantic trade show including new D&H partners ASK Proxima, Carbonite, Libratone, RoBo 3D and Trident Case.
D&H's "K-12 Opportunities" lounge, situated in the center of the exhibit floor, will be one of the high points of the show. This mega-exhibit will allow resellers to browse and test equipment priced for the classroom, recommended for the education marketplace by D&H's vendor partners. It will offer attendees hands-on access to K-12 products from Acer, Actiontec, ASUS, AVer Information, Belkin, Cisco, CODi, Cyber Acoustics, Epson, Google, HP, Intel, Lenovo, Microsoft, OtterBox, RoBo 3D, Samsung and ViewSonic. D&H will conduct a prize drawing for a 50-inch television at this exhibit.
Representatives from Wells Fargo Capital Finance will be in attendance to promote an exclusive new reseller financing program featuring extended, interest-free terms, which the company is offering through D&H. This option is designed to increase the purchasing power of D&H resellers for sales to the K-12 marketplace. It covers products in categories such as laptops, desktops, tablets, networking products, projectors, and screens; and extending to accessories and gear such as cases, charging docks, headphones and calculators.
The distributor's renowned Solutions Team will have a booth focusing on D&H's new Disaster Management initiative. Vendors contributing to this project include Carbonite, Lenovo, Minuteman, Western Digital, APC, Synology, Intel, Tripp Lite, Cisco, CyberPower, HP Server, McAfee, Eton, Crucial and Microsoft. Attendees can enter to win a disaster recovery prize bundle containing an APC Smart-UPS C power unit, an Eton self-powered radio, a Crucial internal solid state drive, and a Wilson Electronics mobile wireless kit.
As with all D&H trade events, this is an active "selling show" for D&H customers, which means attendees receive special discounted pricing for merchandise ordered on the floor. Additional door prizes will be offered, including a 17.3-inch Lenovo IdeaPad for one lucky winner.
