HARRISBURG, PA - April 20, 2016 - D&H Distributing, the leading North American computer products and consumer electronics distributor, is offering a new streaming media webcast on April 28 at 2:00 p.m. ET through its Solutions Lab training venue. The "Conversations with Clients" webcast will teach VARs how to be more proactive partners to their end-users, cultivating their ongoing relationships to build their practices over the long term. Strategies include how to justify the costs and realize quicker ROI on a total IT networking refresh.

D&H’s Solutions Coordinator Bill Hersh will role-play his way through a reseller-client scenario, using real world examples to guide the fictitious client through a major infrastructure refresh, substantiating that customer’s impending investment. The scenario begins by providing background into the VAR/client relationship, assuming that VARs do not typically walk into circumstances that are ready-made for recommending significant IT expenditures. The session goes on to cover topics such as long-range planning, project prioritization, and network tracking, which can help foster near-term client opportunities. Attendees are able to join the conversation during a live question and answer session at the conclusion of the presentation.
