D&H DISTRIBUTING TO RAISE FUNDS & BUILD RED CROSS "COMFORT KITS" AT LENOVO ACCELERATE

-- The Distributor Invites VARs at Event to Assemble “Comfort Kits“ and Will Donate $1 for Each, In Conjunction with Fund-Matching and Twitter-based Donations from Lenovo --

HARRISBURG, PA - May 7, 2018 - D&H Distributing, a major provider of SMB and consumer technologies to the North American high-tech channel, is inviting attendees of the Lenovo Accelerate event in Las Vegas to participate in a fundraiser for the American Red Cross. VARs can visit the D&H kit station in the foyer between the Latour and Lafite ballrooms at the event on Tuesday, May 8 to assemble Red Cross “Comfort Kits.“ The kits are comprised of toiletries and personal amenities to be distributed to victims of disasters who are in need.

For every comfort kit created, D&H will donate $1 to the Red Cross. The Lenovo Accelerate event takes place May 7 - 9 at The Wynn Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. D&H is the Exclusive Sponsor of this fundraiser and will be exhibiting in the Solutions Showcase located in the Lafite ballroom.

In addition to D&H's donation, Lenovo will donate $1 for any tweet made using the hashtags #LenovoAccelerate18 and #Donation during the conference. Lenovo will also match 50% of VAR donations made directly to Red Cross via www.redcross.org/lenovo during the month of May, up to a maximum of $25,000 total.

The Red Cross responds to approximately 64,000 disasters annually in the United States, a great majority of which are housefires that can leave victims temporarily bereft of their homes and possessions. The Comfort Kits offer toiletries and necessities for people enduring these unfortunate emergencies.
