- The Distributor Will Deliver Top-Flight Speakers Plus a New "Solutions Spotlight" with Alternating Sessions on Cloud & ProAV, Bringing Partner Enablement to the Mid-West -

HARRISBURG, PA - August 14, 2019 - D&H Distributing, a major provider of SMB and consumer technologies to the North American high-tech channel, announces it will conduct its third annual "2019 Technology Conference: Mid-West" for its partners on August 22 at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, Lincolnshire, Illinois (Chicago area). Registration opens at 8:30 a.m., seminars begin at 9:30 a.m., and the exhibit floor is open from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. The Chicago-area show is part of D&H's effort to expand its trade event value proposition to additional geographies, allowing new sets of customers to benefit from the educational and engagement opportunities that these events deliver.

The conference will offer Intel's Director of Partner Sales Programs Todd Garrigues as a special speaker, in addition to a keynote from Innovation Evangelist, Wall Street Journal best-selling author, and IT industry expert Tiffani Bova, to expound on the concepts of business growth and customer experience. In addition, the event will include an interactive group discussion on cloud opportunities with D&H's Vice President of Cloud Jason Bystrak, and a rotating schedule of manufacturer-led sessions from pioneers such as Cisco, Intel, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and Sophos.

This year, D&H will add a new "Solutions Spotlight" in the exhibit hall, where 15-minute sessions will be conducted during floor hours. Presentations will alternate between a session on how to leverage D&H's newly relaunched Cloud Marketplace platform by Jason Bystrak; and another from the director of D&H's ProAV Business Unit, Peter Hurley, outlining opportunities to profit from digital signage, video walls, projectors, audio products, and collaboration tools.

In addition to the manufacturers mentioned above, the exhibit hall will spotlight innovations from Acer, Aruba, Brother, Buffalo, Creative, Dell, Kingston, Logitech, and many more industry-leading providers of mobile and wireless offerings, networking products, components, accessories, collaboration tools, and electronics created for a range of SMB and vertical markets. Manufacturers who are new to the Mid-West conference this year include exciting D&H partners such as Airtame, Axcient, ConnectWise, Dropbox, ESET, Poly, Ubiquiti Networks Inc, Webroot, and Winegard. D&H Distributing will also offer giveaways including a grand prize of one $500 AMEX gift card, five $300 AMEX gift cards, and a special prize sponsored by Belkin of two autographed Patrick Kane hockey jerseys, spotlighting the local Chicago Blackhawks. Attendees must be present to win.

The distributor is unveiling its "D&H Event App" at the Mid-West conference, which attendees can use to build their schedules, receive activity notifications, locate manufacturers on an exhibitor map, provide their feedback through a variety of event surveys, post photos and comments via a live feed, and earn leaderboard "badges" for a chance to win a MOTA Jetjat Ultra drone.
