D&H Distributing to Deliver Cisco Resellers a Tiered Bundle of Benefits Such as Marketing Materials, Dedicated Support, Loyalty Programs, Forecasting and More

The three-tiered "Cisco PRO" (Partner Revenue Opportunities) program is aimed at D&H's Cisco Registered, Cisco Select, and Cisco Premier Partners, offering a complimentary set of benefits and tools.

Elements of the program vary according to resellers' level of membership.

  • For all partner levels, D&H provides vendor-specific Partner Services marketing templates and materials; inclusion in D&H's exclusive Cisco Loyalty club; dedicated sales specialist support; and exclusive training opportunities, including webinars and no-cost Select Testing.

  • PRO Select members receive the above benefits, plus: on-demand Cisco OIP (Opportunity Incentive Program) training; priority access to the Cisco system engineer (SE) Hotline for pre- and post-sales tech support; inventory forecasting; virtual training from Cisco system engineers (SEs); and Select Recertification Testing at no cost.

  • PRO Premier members receive all the above benefits, plus: on-site training from Cisco SEs; and no-cost, express collaboration specialist services to help resellers sell, design, install and support the Cisco Business Edition 6000 portfolio of products and Cisco TelePresence® solutions.

  • The program offers a range of three-tiered benefits direct from Cisco as well, including marketing and training services, OIP registration, Cisco Value Incentive Program (VIP)rebates, certified partner logo material, Cisco Smart Care eligibility and more, depending upon the tier.
