Device as a Service (DaaS) is a multi-year agreement in which procurement, deployment, device management, services and lifecycle management are all handled by you for a low monthly fee.

Then what's the difference between DaaS and Leasing?

  • With Daas, the device hardware is only one component of the service. They also have the option to select from various services such as design, configuration, optimization, maintenance and disposal.
  • DaaS bundles the device hardware and services into a single contract, which is offered on a per-seat basis
  • Unlike a typical lease, they have the option at any time to add more hardware and services at any time (scale up), or reduce them (scale down), allowing them to adjust to changing business conditions.

1st - 12th months

  • No Flex Up or Down Options
  • Add additional units via a new DaaS Agreement

13th - End of Term

  • One time Flex-Up or Down option
  • Eligibility based on original # of DaaS units purchased
    • 0-19 units = no option
    • 20+ units = 10% of original quantity

Flex-Up = additional revenue distributed /End User's monthly cost adjusted
Flex-Down = no refund of revenue/End Users monthly cost adjusted

DaaS Pricing & Term Options

The price structure is comprised of the following formula:
Device + Service +Add-Ons (optional) = DaaS (Solution total cost)

Contract's total per month price is contingent upon the desired term:
24 Month - total cost of DaaS Solution financed for a 24 month term
36 Month - total cost of DaaS Solution financed for a 36 month term
