Easy DaaS IT

Up-to-date, secure devices are essential to business productivity. But because small business owners and IT leaders have an array of tasks, device refreshes are often extended well beyond their due dates.

Device as a Service (DaaS) is a multi-year agreement in which procurement, deployment, device management, services and lifecycle management are all handled by you for a low monthly fee.

Why would my clients want to pay a monthly fee for a device versus simply buying one outright?

  1. They deploy only the PCs they need, based on workload
  2. They transition PC procurement from CAPEX to OPEX
  3. They can reduce IT workloads by offloading procurement and management

Then what's the difference between DaaS and Leasing?

  • With Daas, the device hardware is only one component of the service. They also have the option to select from various services such as design, configuration, optimization, maintenance and disposal.
  • DaaS bundles the device hardware and services into a single contract, which is offered on a per-seat basis
  • Unlike a typical lease, they have the option at any time to add more hardware and services at any time (scale up), or reduce them (scale down), allowing them to adjust to changing business conditions.

At the end of the term, customer can return or extend

  • After 12 months - one flex up, one flex down
  • 1-20 devices - no flex options
  • 21-40 devices - 10%
  • 40+ devices - 20%
    • Flex up, additional revenue distributed
    • Flex down, no refund of revenue
